    Pocket PC
Pocket PC uses the Windows mobile operating system to power a smartphone that is suitable for playing card and board games among other titles.

Pocket PC is actually a smartphone that was developed by the Pocket PC and that runs on the Windows Mobile operating system platform. The Pocket PC was initially imagined as the personal digital assistant or PDA and it shares some characteristics of the modern day PCs. Even though Pocket PC is developed with the intention to be something else, it offers its users the possibility for some recreational time by playing certain games that are available on the phone.

From today's perspective the games that were developed for the Pocket PC may look a bit dated and of bad quality. However, what we need to remember is that Pocket PC phone was not intended to be used for playing games but rather to be an assistant for business people who require such device. However, even in that case, Pocket PC included several board and card games developed for Windows Mobile as well as games such as Worms World Party, Warfare Incorporated, Bejeweled, Insaniquarium, Fish Tycoon, Bubble Shooter, Monopoly, Alchemy, Cube, Super Bomberman and many others. All of these games were the foundation on which today's games were created.
