FIFA 18 is the latest game to be featured in the next season of the Elite Series which is scheduled to start in March 2018. This is the third edition of the prestigious competition and the football simulator will be an integral part of the event. Fans of the franchise developed by EA Sports can also secure a place at the EA Sports FIFA 18 Global Series here. That’s because the competition also serves as a qualifier for the event that will get underway in August next year.

The interest for the Gfinity Elite Series has been increasing ever since the first season took place. In 2018, FIFA will join the other three games played at the highest competitive level in this competition. In 2017, the number of participating Rocket League, Street Fighter V and CSGO teams as well as the level of competition exceeded expectations.

Major Concerns about FIFA 18 Exploits

FIFA 18 fans are naturally enthusiastic about the addition of their favorite football simulator to the lineup of games at the Gfinity Elite Series. At the same time, the community is rightfully worried about the fact that some players took advantage of glitches and game exploits. Developers will need to close these loopholes, in order to keep the game fair and maintain fairness at the upcoming event.

Neville Upton, CEO of Gfinity was the one to break the news about FIFA 18 being added on the list of competitive games. This is the result of players, fans and teams requesting the organization to provide the opportunity to play EA’s football simulator at the Elite Series.
