    Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception
Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception was released in 2011 by Sony and many consider it to have the best story in the franchise.

After 2009 and after the release of probably the best video game ever, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Naughty Dog has developed a sequel to the best critically acclaimed game ever. This sequel was released in 2011 by Sony Computer Entertainment and it was released for PlayStation 3 video gaming platform. Just like in the previous two installments of this game the story of the game is revolving around Nathan Drake and the group of his friend who are constantly looking for a new adventure. This installment also includes the idea about the lost treasure just like the previous two installments. The story may be one of the best features of the game. However, in our opinion, even better feature of the game is the characterization of the characters that was mostly done through the conversation and the humor that these characters are using and this is most efficient in the development of the main character, Nathan Drake.

The amazing graphics used in this game enables us to see some of the best details that we have seen in any games. Majestic landscapes set in London, France or Yemen, historical ruins and amazingly designed artifacts all contribute to the fact that this is one of the best games so far. In regards to the single-player campaign, it must be mentioned that the entire campaign is yet again divided into 22 chapters and it will take you probably 8 to 10 to go through all the chapters. For the very first scene of the game you will realize that the dynamics of the fights has slightly changed in this installment in comparison to previous installments. The fight in this game is much better than previously and it is much simpler to use to commands to fight those battles.

One of the trademarks of this franchise is the climbing on all sorts of things which includes a certain elements of the parkour into the game. The climbing in this game is slightly better in this installment than in previous ones and it seems more realistic and clearer. However, this installment is also displaying some negative aspects as well. One of those negative aspects is the shooting or aiming to be more accurate. While playing you will see that aiming at the enemies get a bit problematic and that is not as accurate as it should have been. The second negative thing in this game is actually the AI which may sound as a surprise because this franchise has displayed great AI abilities. That is true in this case as well. However, on several occasions it seemed that enemies have forgotten that they are fighting against you and then they start to move from one to the other.

    Summary

It is not easy to be the sequel to the game that has been described as the best game ever. It would have been even crazy to expect that Naughty Dog will be able to improve on that game. However, some features of the game introduced improvements even though only few people thought they should be improved. However, some other features displayed certain problems. It is safe to say that Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception did not outdo the previous installments but it did get really close to achieving that goal.
